Refund Policy - the basics
At Elite Cycle Detailing, we’re committed to delivering top-tier care for your bike with a service that leaves you confident, satisfied, and ready to ride. We understand that sometimes plans change, or expectations might not be met, and we aim to handle those situations with fairness and clarity.
Please read through our Refund Policy carefully. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking Cancellations & Refunds

1.1 Cancellations Made by the Client:

More than 48 hours before appointment:
Full refund issued to the original payment method, or reschedule at no additional cost. -
Between 24–48 hours before appointment:
50% refund, or reschedule once free of charge. -
Less than 24 hours before appointment:
No refund issued due to the short notice, as we’ve allocated time and resources for your booking. However, we may offer a 25% discount on a future booking at our discretion.

1.2 No-shows:

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, no refund will be given. Please understand this time could have been offered to another client.
2. Service Quality Concerns

2.1 Refunds for Unsatisfactory Work:

If you believe our service did not meet the level promised, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, providing photos and a clear description of the issue.

If we agree the service fell short, we’ll offer one of the following:
- A complimentary re-detail at the earliest available time;
- A partial refund, depending on the level of service not delivered;
- A full refund in exceptional cases. -
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for issues outside our control (e.g. rusted components, structural damage, or pre-existing mechanical faults).
3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear in your account.
4. Gift Vouchers and Promotions

Gift vouchers and promotional codes are non-refundable and have no cash value. If a service booked with a voucher is cancelled with enough notice (48+ hours), we’ll reinstate the voucher for future use.
5. Changes or Cancellations by Us
On rare occasions, we may need to cancel or reschedule due to weather, illness, or operational issues. In such cases, we’ll offer you:
- A full refund, or
- A reschedule at a time convenient to you (with a 10% discount if applicable)
